Salary: $29,120 – $33,280
Job Requirements:
Perform intake of Fair Housing allegations by clients seeking assistance with fair housing complaints. Explain Fair Housing rights and options to complainants during the intake process and record complainant’s response. Refer complaints to appropriate administrative agencies and/or attorneys, as directed. Fair Housing complaint intake is conducted under contract with many cities and counties in the San Bernardino, Riverside, and Imperial county regions.
Assist in the preparation of fair housing complaints by providing support to IFHMB’s testing program under HUD’s Fair Housing Initiatives Program guidelines as directed by the CEO, COO, and/or Program Supervisor.
Assist with the preparation of cases for enforcement through conciliation, administrative agencies, and attorneys.
